I've been gone for a while and it looks like it might go on that way for at least a few more weeks. Reading a very intense course at the moment and started my new job! But I will see you in a bit!

    I'm sorry I've been super-busy . . . I'll be on more when things calm down.

Another weekend away - Prague this time. Ah well, for the next 4 weeks things should quiet down...

Alas, I thought you might be traveling farther...

I've been busy in other arenas. The weather down here is lovely this time of year -still cool, with few bugs - I've been outdoors a lot. Big garden dreams this year (in spite of a shady yard) and hoping for chickens!

So, friends, every day do something that won't compute.

I had a kamikaze trip (as Winifred likes to say) to Western Pennsylvania. But I'm back now. Still super-busy, of course. I wish I could be doing some fun traveling (i.e. to NY!) But this is all job-search-related necessary travel, unfortunately. Always interesting to see a new place, regardless of the reason, though!

Yeah, I was hoping for that, but it seems this weekend we have to pack and move to the new apartment (that still is unfinished)

Not really packing, but preparing to go home tomorrow for 4 days. Supposedly to apply for a marriage, but with the level of bureaucracy I am not sure this will happen. But, I will be home for 4 days anyway, so the rest almost doesn't matter

As mentioned elsewhere, we are moving to our new place this weekend, and I don't know when the internet connection will be up and running. Hopefully it won't take too long, and I'll be able to check in from work, etc., but it may be harder to reach me for a little while.
