Hello, everyone! This site seems to be great place to discuss literature and make outlook wider. Let me introduce myself. I'm from Almaty. I study political science at university, and i really love to read. I even try to write some poems in russian my self. My favourite athours are Gabriel Garsiya Marquez, Ethel Lilian Voinich, Milan Kundera, Theodor Dostoevskiy, Anton Chekhov. I also like contemporary literature very much, especially Haruki Murakami.

And sorry for my Eglish, it is not my first language)

thelastmelon, I have read many of them. "Hear the wind sing", Pinball, 1973, "wild sheep chase", "dance, dance, dance", "afterdark", "Kafka on the shore" are those which I liked more than others, actually.
