I have just finished this brilliant book and wondered what others thought about it.
For the uninitiated it is an account of one mans journey around Britain via Wild Swimming, the past time of swimming in rivers, coastal bays, hidden pools and lakes. The authors ability to evoke a sense of a place through his description is amazing and the journey you follow him on shows a different side of the history and nature of this land. Thoroughly enjoyable reading.
